The new version (1.2.8) is now live in the App Store. You will need to be running iOS7 to install this version.

Version 1.2.8 gone to the App Store
The first new release for a while but version 1.2.8 has now gone to the App Store for review.
This version has been updated for iOS7 and now includes a Notes tab for general information and also functionality to email the summary directly from the App in one tap.
Version 1.3.0 is still being worked on to now include advanced medication setup, schedules, reminders and notifications.
